This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications (each, an "Application") developed and published by Hittite Games (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). Some Applications are free and supported by advertising ("Ad-Supported Applications") and some are premium paid Applications without advertisements ("Paid Applications"). All services are provided "AS IS".

For Ad-Supported Applications, the Application and its integrated third-party SDKs (such as advertising and analytics providers) may obtain certain information automatically as described below. This data is used, for example, to show and measure ads, to perform analytics, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve the Applications.

The Application may obtain information you provide when you contact the Service Provider (e.g. by email) or when you voluntarily submit information in forms. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. The Service Provider may use such information to respond to your requests, to provide important information or required notices, and, where permitted by law, for direct marketing communications.

For Ad-Supported Applications, the Application and its third-party partners may automatically collect, process and transmit information including, but not limited to:

• Device information (device model, operating system version, language, country, time zone)
• Device and other identifiers (such as the advertising identifier on your device, app instance IDs)
• IP address and network information
• Information about how you use the Application (screens viewed, gameplay events, interactions with ads)
• Diagnostics and performance data (crash logs, error reports and similar technical data)
• Approximate location, derived for example from your IP address or network information (the Applications do not collect precise GPS location)
• On some platforms, especially Android, information about other apps installed on your device, collected by certain advertising partners for fraud prevention, ad measurement and similar purposes

We and our partners may use this information for purposes such as:

• Providing, operating, and improving the Applications
• Analytics and statistics about game performance and user behaviour
• Showing, personalising and measuring advertisements
• Preventing fraud, abuse and security incidents
• Complying with legal obligations

For Paid Applications that do not contain any advertising SDKs:

• The Service Provider does not integrate third-party advertising networks into these Applications.
• The Service Provider does not use the Application itself to collect personal data or tracking data for marketing or advertising purposes.
• Any data processed is limited to what is strictly necessary for the basic operation of the Application (for example, platform-level crash reports or store-level analytics provided by Google Play or the App Store, which are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies).

If an Application is listed and sold as a paid, offline, no-ads game by Hittite Games, it is intended to operate without collecting personal data from the user inside the Application.

The Applications do not gather precise real-time GPS location information of your device. Some partners may infer or receive approximate location (such as city or region) from your IP address or similar network information for analytics, security and advertising purposes.

For Ad-Supported Applications, information as described above may be transmitted to external services that help the Service Provider operate and improve the Applications and that allow third-party partners to serve and measure advertisements. These partners may act as independent controllers of your data and process information according to their own privacy policies.

Depending on the specific Application you use, one or more of the following services may be integrated (this list is not exhaustive and may be updated over time):

• Unity
• ironSource / LevelPlay
• Vungle

The Service Provider may also disclose information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when there is a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect the Service Provider’s rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with trusted service providers who work on the Service Provider’s behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to this Privacy Policy or equivalent obligations.

You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Service Provider will retain user-related data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Aggregated or anonymised information may be retained for analytical purposes. You may request deletion of user-related data that the Service Provider controls by contacting the Service Provider at hittitegames@gmail.com.

The Applications are not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the Service Provider with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at hittitegames@gmail.com.

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of information processed and maintained, including physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy and a new effective date. Your continued use of the Applications after such changes will constitute your acknowledgement of the modified policy.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2025-11-13.
